*CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a means of changing your life by talking through the things that are having a negative impact on you and finding ways to modify how you think and feel about them. It’s not designed to remove the problem, but rather to help you manage them in a different way.[/one_half]

*NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming)

Neurolinguistic Programming sounds pretty scary, but in fact it’s simply a way of looking at the world through the language you use. NLP helps you understand the way you organise your thinking, feelings, language and behaviour, and gives you the chance to change and modify these to improve any aspects of your life that might be giving you difficulty.[/one_half]
